AIM 3410

AIM 3410 and AIM 3410 CBC are CNC controlled 4-axis machine designed specifically for machining all types of aluminium & PVC profiles available on the market. With the 4th. axis feature, it can perform the machining operations on 3 surfaces of profiles. Quick tool changing is provided by the movable and in-line type magazine unite with 8 pcs of tool capacity. The tool magazine is mounted on the movable machining head in order to minimize the tool change time. The machine provides a flexible processing opportunity especially in facade applications with its 180 mm diameter saw. The machine has automatic clamp recognition and positioning feature. The movable cabin of the machine is equipped with a door having a transparent polycarbonate window to facilitate the monitoring of the workpiece processing by the operator. Thus, the safe operation of the operator is ensured.

AIM 4420-AIM 7420 are CNC controlled 4-axis machines designed specifically for machining all types of aluminium & PVC profiles, low carbon alloy and thin-walled steel profiles available on the market. With the 4th axis feature, it can also be machining on 3 surfaces of profiles. With the dual station operation feature, the machine automatically goes to process the workpiece on Station 2 after completing machining the workpiece on the first station. The operator makes station 1 ready, minimizing the waiting losses in material loading and unloading times. (This feature available with AIM 7420 model) The machine has the ability to automatically position the profile clamps with CAMPROX program. 11 pcs of tools including Ø180 mm saw tool can be placed in the magazine unit for different operations. The metal cabin in the machining head ensures sound insulation and operator safety.

ALM 6510 ALUMINYUM PROFIL ISLEME VE KESME MERKEZI

ALM 6510 and ALM 6510 AT are 8-axis CNC controlled machining centers which are specifically designed to process any kind of aluminium profiles in the market. The machines can do all operations on four sides of aluminium profiles such as milling, opening key holes, hinge holes, handle holes, water drain slots (ALM 6510 AT), marking, saw blade cutting etc. Both machines have the programming feature which provides minimum waste and maximum amount of production.7 pieces of aluminium profiles can be placed on the feeding conveyor of the machine and 3-axis pneumatic gripper moves them into the milling & cutting center for the milling and cutting operations. The cutting unit can perform serial cutting of profiles in the range of 45°-135°. Operator attaches barcodes on the processed profiles to make them ready for crimping operation..

CDC 600

CDC 600 is a fully automatic machine designed to cut large size of PVC and aluminium profiles, straight or at an angle with a double-head Ø 600 mm saw. It offers optimum cutting capacity in different cutting variations thanks to the large diameter saw and the pivoting & tilting mechanism cutting from underneath. Left cutting unit is fixed and mobile right cutting unit goes to measure automatically. It provides a great advantage to the user by making cuts at special angles without making calculations in cutting to point to point operations.
