AIM 4420

AIM 4420-AIM 7420 are CNC controlled 4-axis machines designed specifically for machining all types of aluminium & PVC profiles, low carbon alloy and thin-walled steel profiles available on the market. With the 4th axis feature, it can also be machining on 3 surfaces of profiles. With the dual station operation feature, the machine automatically goes to process the workpiece on Station 2 after completing machining the workpiece on the first station. The operator makes station 1 ready, minimizing the waiting losses in material loading and unloading times. (This feature available with AIM 7420 model) The machine has the ability to automatically position the profile clamps with CAMPROX program. 11 pcs of tools including Ø180 mm saw tool can be placed in the magazine unit for different operations. The metal cabin in the machining head ensures sound insulation and operator safety.
